My journey began in leadership roles in the hospitality industry, where I not only learned the fundamentals of management, but also experienced first-hand the needs and expectations of hoteliers and guests. These valuable insights have given me a deep understanding of the challenges facing the industry.
In my role as National Key Account Manager and Business Development Executive, I have developed effective sales strategies to open up new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.
